Sunday Feb. 2nd:
Today was the superbowl, which means a lot of food. I kind of got some excise today surprisingly. My older brother, John, was having his friends come over to watch the game. This means that I am forced to clean even though I have no one coming over. I walked up and down our two sets a stairs about 15 times to clean for the people coming over. This was about the only exercise I got today.
Monday Feb. 3rd:
Today after school, I helped my dad shovel some of the snow that was left. There wasn't much snow because my dad loves to use the snow blower. Monday's are so dull so exercise on Monday's sometimes doesn't happen for me. Today, though, it did happen miraculously.
Tuesday Feb. 4th:
Today after school I had softball conditioning. We were in the gym today. Dnaa, Taylor, and I didn't have our mitts today so we had to use a tennis ball. Catching a tennis ball with your left hand isn't easy at all. All three of us basically failed at this. After conditioning I rushed home to go to the basketball game at St. Rita. Cailin and I go to almost all the games. When we were there we walked around a lot because the gym was packed and there wasn't anywhere to sit.
Wednesday Feb. 5th:
Today I once again had conditioning but this time we were in the weight room. I first rode the bike for 10 minutes and went 3 miles. I think the bike is a good way for me to warm up before lifting weights. Ashley and I used the medicine ball again; it seems to be getting easier to throw it now. I also did ab work with Ashley; it was a productive day.
Thursday Feb. 6th
Today instead of conditioning we had a meeting about the upcoming softball season. It was a bitter sweet meeting. Coach Jill had all of us get out all our emotions about the school closing and the season so we won't carry them throughout the entire season. The team is going to try our very best this season. After the meeting I was super tired so I went home, ate dinner, and fell asleep at 6:30pm. I unfortunately did not get any extensive exercise in today.
